SalaryA global manufacturing client is seeking a in house Operations Manager, to oversee the overall daily manufacturing process in an industry to ensure optimized production. The Manufacturing Operations Manager entails supervising and directing the technical personnel responsible for every stage of production to ensure manufacture of high quality and cost effective product.
Interacts with Engineering, Maintenance, Validation, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Materials Management groups
Bilingual Chinese/Mandarin preferred.

- Provide timely performance reporting and analysis to multiple levels of Maple Operations leadership
- Share finance best practices across plants/corporate/function
- Anticipate, produce, deliver, and communicate actionable business and financial information
- Participate in evaluating, monitoring and insuring effective operation of internal controls and disclosure controls
- Recruits, trains, develops, rewards and recognizes personnel to achieve targeted strategies and goals
- Assists in new product launches, production and engineering improvements, product testing
