SalaryWe are looking for a friendly, informative, and welcoming receptionist to join our growing company. As a receptionist, you will serve as a positive first impression of the company at all times, while handling the daily several administrative responsibilities for our corporate office.
Receptionist Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information
- Greet visitors and direct them to their meeting rooms/locations
- Manage scheduling for the conference rooms
- Daily post office runs and sort and distribute company mail
- Manage the company supply closet
- Assist with document filing
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Friendly and outgoing
- Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to travel to the post office daily (reimbursed for mileage)
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
