Corporate Quality Control - Behavioral Health Service Industry

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Quality Control process to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements
- Develop and implement Quality Control procedures and policies
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Train and educate employees on Quality Control procedures and best practices
- Maintain documentation of Quality Control activities, including inspection reports and test results

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices
- Ability to perform detailed quality inspections and audits
- Analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines for food safety
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality assurance
