WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Acting as the food and beverage project manager leading the innovation, research and testing process, utilizing project management software (MS Project, Excel, etc.) to guide the process from inception to infield testing to project completion and post data analysis
- Developing high level PowerPoint decks promoting new F&B initiatives, leading presentations with senior leadership and developing job aids for frontline team members, supporting in-field rollouts
- Work side by side with frontline team members and managers in the field to develop, refine and analyze current recipe formats, food safety and sanitation processes and food waste reduction/sustainability initiatives
- Advising on kitchen design and equipment layout for planned new hotel construction and renovations
Bring your business acumen and creativity to our team to develop recipes and rollout new food offerings including leading relevant food and beverage communications to the field. If you have a solid understanding of Food safety/sanitation, food service procedures and a background working in professional kitchens, we need you to round out our team. Whether you have worked in hotel food service, restaurants, contract food services, healthcare food service or QSR for at least 5 years, this job is for you! You will thrive in this role if you have prior experience in F&B project management.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
- Multi-unit hospitality (hotel, restaurant or food service) experience preferred.
- Five or more years of hospitality/food service management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; preferably in a hospitality related field.
- You may travel up to 20% of the time and typical travel would be one overnight per trip.
