JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to hire a General Manager to lead our sales team! Our General Managers are typically responsible for sales and for creating a high-performing and successful sales team. In addition, general sales managers understand the market, manage the sales personnel, understand the sales departments' financial data and deliver exceptional leadership!
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Real Estate License Preferred but not Required
- Computer Literate
- Phone Etiquette
- Sales Background (Preferred)
- Experienced Team Leader or Manager (Sales Preferred)
- Experienced Wholesaler (Preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Owner by interviewing and vetting associates to grow the team
- Lead regular sales meetings and daily check-in with associates
- Setting and managing sales goals
- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals
- Identify means of team and personal growth
- Hire, monitor, train and coach sales representatives
- Work with an energetic team and have fun!

COMMISSION BASED PAY STRUCTURE
- 5% (gross) per deal for managing ACQ + DISPO
- 20% (gross) per deal if acting as Manager and managing ACQ OR DISPO
- 30% (gross) per deal if acting as ACQ AND DISPO
PROFIT SHARE
- 1% (net) per deal (after 6 months)
- increases 1% every 3 years up to 5%
