  • Automotive Sales and Finance experience required (3-5 years minimum)
  • Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers, employees, and vendors to build a base of referrals and establish network
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
  • Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
  • Order and purchase vehicles for the new car inventory lot 
  • Work with lot attendants to ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and positioned 
  • Conduct trade appraisals and transport information into vehicle management system 
  • Desk deals, track revenue logs, and manage retail delivery reports 
  • Must have a track record of success within turn policy guidelines for inventory 
  • Partner with third party vendors and the service department to complete internal service work on used vehicles prior to entering lot inventory
  • Prepare and administrator annual forecast and budget for the new vehicle department
  • Administer and monitor factory sponsored programs
  • Assist and fill in for the Used Car Sales Manager when needed
  • Must have Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office products and DMS software
  • Must be detail oriented and organized to work in a fast pace environment
  • Must be a strategic thinker who will strive to find a solution for every customer
  • Must have the ability to handle a high volume of business with professionalism
  • Must have a track record of impeccable customer service reviews
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
