- As the Corporate IT Manager, you'll embark on a journey of discovery, constantly seeking out new application technologies and methods of efficiency and automation. You'll lead your team in evaluating these technologies, procuring the best hardware and software to meet our company's needs, and strategically planning their implementation.
- Your role goes beyond just technology—it's about communication and empowerment. You'll craft clear and engaging communications for our property users, introducing new applications, providing user tips, and keeping everyone informed about system updates and progress.
- We're all about embracing organizational programs and tools, and you'll be at the forefront of this effort. From SharePoint to RMM to Microsoft system tools, you'll ensure that everyone not only understands but also enthusiastically uses these platforms to their fullest potential.
- Cost management is key, and you'll work closely with the CIO to optimize efficiency. You'll identify issues, recommend solutions, and handle sensitive and confidential service requests with ease. Your policies and standards will set the bar for excellence in your areas of responsibility.
- Ensuring that our property infrastructure and application systems are always functional is at the core of your responsibilities. You'll monitor, track, and communicate potential issues with our computer and network environment, maintaining inventory and managing IT hardware and software with precision.
- Vendors are partners, and you'll manage them as such, serving as the escalation point for problem resolution. Your work plans and project executions will be meticulous, and you'll review staff work product and provide guidance as needed.
- You'll be the on-site monitor for all IT projects, ensuring they meet our high standards. And as the role demands, you'll take on additional duties and projects, always ready to go above and beyond for our company's success.
What you'll need to bring
- Proficiency in English, with a professional demeanor suitable for a luxury setting.
- Expertise in service desk operations, network administration, and related fields like cybersecurity, Active Directory/Entra, and cloud computing.
- Minimum five years of experience in computer operation, technical support, or network operation with a focus on customer support in a call center environment.
- Three years of supervisory experience.
- Proficient in supporting Windows 10/11 workstations, Windows Servers, Microsoft Office Suite applications, Network Infrastructure, System Architecture, and Active Directory.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Network+.
- Willingness to travel for hotel openings as applicable.
