Job Description:
The IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for various aspects on the design, development, operation, support, and administration of enterprise information systems. The Systems Analyst is considered the subject matter expert in the design, setup, and intended use of his/her assigned computerized systems that are crucial enterprise business processes of the organization.
The IT Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in building the foundation for a fully integrated application environment. He/she will wear many hats and have responsibilities in these areas of IT: Technical Documentation, Platform Integrations, Scripting, and Identity and Access Management.
He/she will primarily be responsible for handling automation for any and all tasks, creating an excellent support experience for each of our users, and mentoring fellow team members.
Summary of Essential Duties
  • Understand and be the subject matter expert on assigned enterprise system(s) such as Airline Apps, ERP, CRM and Web
  • Work with internal groups to develop user requirements that detail the process, scope, and business needs of the system to include flow diagrams and criticality analysis
  • Provide day to day support for assigned enterprise systems
  • Design and develop enterprise system reports based on gathered requirements and business needs
  • Function as a liaison between Information Services and internal business groups
  • Lead projects for systems development and deployment based on priority and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed action plans and project plans for enterprise systems implementation
  • Develop validation documentation with minimal oversight for computerized systems in alignment with approved validation plan. Written validation documents include: IQ/OQ/PQ, User Requirements, Design Specifications, Test Scripts, and Trace Matrixes
  • Assist with platform strategy and roadmap development
  • Work with internal groups, vendors, and technology partners to analyze, develop, prioritize, and implement value added solutions that align with key enterprise business processes and strategies
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver license and good driving record.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
  • Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal history records check
  • Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, etc. Ability to work on-call when required.
  • Must understand, read, and write English.
  • Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
  • Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to handle interruptions and a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated and able to motivate others
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.
  • 4-year Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration or comparable experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis or a related field
  • Experience in the following platforms: Microsoft Office365, GSuite/ Google Workspace, AWS, Sage, Airline Based Applications
  • Experience in designing system reports using a products from multiple applications such as Sage, Kronos, Crystal Report
  • A good background in application support (level II)
  • The ability to work with business owners in requirements gathering, implementation and testing.
  • Knowledge of databases, data warehousing and SQL
  • Systems lifecycle experience with analysis, design, and development knowledge.
