Supply Chain Operations Manager

Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for the management of the Supply Chain hospital business processes in collaboration with the Regional Supply Chain Officers. The Operations Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the facility and Corporate Supply Chain. With limited supervision, this position ensures facilities are able to successfully perform all Supply Chain operational and system activities. Supply Chain Managers are responsible for overseeing and implementing Supply Chain system operations and logistics strategy in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contributes to a collaborative work environment through positive relationships with Senior Leadership and the customer.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to develop and mentor team members and staff capable of supporting future growth.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to direct teams to complete multiple tasks and allocate resources appropriately in a time sensitive atmosphere.
• Advanced understanding of how hospital Supply Chain processes fit into overall procure to pay process.
• Provide training support on Supply Chain system and business functionality, ensuring operational alignment with standard processes and procedures.
• Tracks facility performance against established Supply Chain KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and actively engage facility colleagues to achieve targeted thresholds, or otherwise remove barriers inhibiting optimal performance.
• This position will guide the team to provide support to the facilities during and after the integration into the centralized Supply Chain systems platform.
• Maintain a high degree of communication, cooperation and coordination with facilities and user departments regarding Supply Chain operations support activities.
• Support initiatives to improve facility Supply Chain performance.
• Flexible travel schedule required

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Systems, or similar process related field or equivalent experience
• Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Systems, or similar process related field or equivalent experience
• Required Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant hospital and/or Supply Chain experience
• Preferred Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant hospital and/or Supply Chain experience
• Required License/Registration/Certification: N/A
• Computer Skills Required: GSuite required; advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
