Position: Life Engagement Corp Program Director
As the Life Engagement Corp Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Memory Care and Dementia programs within our organization. Your role will involve ensuring that staff members are adequately trained, implementing effective memory care programming, and enhancing resident and family satisfaction through engaging activities and support services. This position requires an individual who is a proficient trainer, possesses excellent communication skills, and can drive programmatic improvements through data analysis.
Hybrid: open to remote work options, but also willing to travel up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities:
1. Memory Care & Dementia Training:
- Ensure comprehensive training for all staff working with Dementia and Memory Care (MC) residents, including continuous training programs.
- Develop and maintain effective onboarding and ongoing training curriculums for Vista and Eden programs.
2. Set Memory Care Programming:
- Implement the Encompass program across all dedicated MC units through regular audits and performance metrics.
- Oversee behavior management and non-pharmacological interventions.
- Serve as the liaison for Minimum Data Set (MDS) requirements for Activity Directors in skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
3. Monthly Engaging Calendars:
- Develop and maintain engaging daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal programming.
- Customize programming to meet the unique needs of residents in both SNF and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF).
4. Resident and Family Satisfaction and Experience:
- Provide onsite and remote training and support for staff members.
- Conduct onsite reviews of programming to ensure accountability and meet expectations.
- Serve as a corporate resource for Activities Directors and Memory Care Directors.
- Collaborate with Marketing to enhance resident engagement programming.
- Develop family and caregiver support programs to enhance overall satisfaction.
KPI Development:
- Measure and improve resident retention rates at ALFs.
- Collaborate with Marketing to impact census through engaging programming.
- Develop additional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Trainer and Communicator with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
- Flexible and willing to travel as needed.
- Self-driven with the ability to analyze data and make programmatic improvements.
- Comfortable reporting to multiple supervisors in a dotted-line structure.
- Proven expertise in Memory Care and Dementia programming or closely related field.

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
