Director Of Sales And Marketing

Our company is looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing to come on board and help guide the company's direction. We're looking for an individual with a background in both Sales and Marketing and an understanding of how these departments work together. The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for managing the sales team and will be expected to work closely with senior staff in order to develop marketing plans that help to create interest in our company's products.

Responsibilities:

• Work on marketing plans.
• Oversee sales department.
• Diagnose problems in sales or marketing and create solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to create solutions to issues.
• Respond to customer comments and complaints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
