Corporate Banking Department Head

We are looking for a Corporate Banking Department Headresponsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

• Managing two Relationship Managers to develop new business, including deposit and loan.
• Maintaining an established market presence and extensive network of outside referral sources for new deposit and loan business.
• Negotiating specific terms and conditions within parameters defined by the bank's credit policies and approval.
• Finalizing loan agreements with prospects and customers and closing sales.
• Contributing and providing input to loan decision process based on evaluation of credit risk and mitigating factors.
• Implementing and holding the team accountable for adherence to the bank's lending policy and procedure.
• Ensuring quality control and efficient processes.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related area.
• 10+ years of experience in credit and/or market development.
• In-depth understanding of the commercial industry, business development techniques, and credit decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The foreign bank requires bilingual Chinese fluency.
