The hiring range for this opportunity is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Roseville Corporate Coordinator will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors to the Tri Counties Bank Roseville Corporate office. This person will direct all visitors to the appropriate meeting rooms and contact the TCB team members responsible for the visitor. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant answers incoming calls and provides clerical support as needed.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answers and directs all incoming telephone calls, taking messages as needed.
• Professionally greets, screens and announces visitors, following strict safety procedures. Directs all visitors to the appropriate area or TCB personnel.
• Collects, sorts, distributes inter-branch, US mail, deliveries and courier packages to appropriate employees.
• Maintains a calendar to coordinates the scheduling of visitors to the Roseville Corporate headquarters.
• Coordinates with janitorial service to ensure cleanliness of all training rooms, meeting rooms and conference rooms.
• Maintains centralized ordering of office supplies for all Roseville Corporate department's personnel.
• Keeps supply room organized and stocked.
• Acts as the central contact for building maintenance needs and coordinates repairs and maintenance with Facilities Manager.
• Assists other departments when requested.
• Assists with room setup for training events, including moving and setting up PCs for training purposes.
• Partners with other building assistants to coordinate and arrange hotel reservations for training and special events as needed.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide visitor badges to guests.
• Flexible schedule to help with early or late training.
• Adheres to Bank policy and procedures and maintains a current understanding of federal and state consumer compliance laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Suspicious Activity Reporting, OFAC, Information Security, Identity Theft Red Flags, and Unfair, Deceptive, Abusive Acts or Practices. Complies with confidentiality privacy regulations including Gramm-Leach Bliley Act principles by successfully completing related trainings and maintaining these learned practices on the job.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Minimum 3 years prior receptionist/administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills - working knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
