Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as directed
- Assist with food storage and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely meal service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or meal preparation preferred
- Knowledge of food industry practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Skills:
- Food service experience
- Meal preparation skills
- Knowledge of the food industry
- CBRF experience, a plus.
- Culinary knowledge and techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
- Food preparation techniques and safety protocols
