Form of workConagra Brands - Indianapolis, home of Reddi Whip and Blue Bonnet, is looking to add to our experienced maintenance team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will work onsite at the Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant on West 62nd St. This is a night shift position scheduled 4 days on and 4 days off, 12-hour shifts. You will provide troubleshooting and maintenance in respect to our plant process control systems, related instrumentation and electrical networks and automation technologies.
Compensation:
$34/hour guarantee. $39.67/hour if working 12-hour shift.
Differentials ($0.25 for 2nd and $0.30 for 3rd)
You Will:
Repair, calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain plant instrumentation, electrical control systems, peripheral devices and industrial networks.
Provide technical assistance to plant maintenance and operations personnel.
Develop controls standards and specifications.
Investigate equipment failures and participate in root cause analysis of failures and plant downtime to eliminate repeat failures.
Install conduit, wire, motors, switchgear, switches, contactors, and control devices.
Promote a safe working environment, maintain a sanitary food environment while following plant good manufacturing practices and strive to improve product quality.
Train team members on the operations of newly installed or modified process or utility control systems.
You Have:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience maintaining industrial equipment and machinery including troubleshooting and calibrating timed machinery and electronic instrumentation and controls.
Knowledge of:
Auto CAD
PLC's
Pressure Controls
Variable Frequency Drives
Sensors
