Pest Control Technicianduties:
- Manage a Pest Control route day to day operations.
- Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections for pests.
- Communicate effective solutions for customer needs. One-time to continual maintenance.
- Provide estimates timely.
- Apply pesticides according to schedule, Safety procedures and Label instructions.
- Safe and efficient setting and removal of rodent traps, wasp, hornet, and bees’ nests.
- Maintain inventory of pesticides, and all supplies needed to perform daily duties.
- Continually build your knowledge of Pest Control inspection processes, procedures, and methods.
- Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly.
- Assist with generating new sales leads.
- Any other Pest Control Technician duties assigned by Manager.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
- Ability to lift to 80 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Self-motivated.
- Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
- Pass a background check, drug screen and physical exam.
- Pest Control experience preferred.
