specialist for the execution of waterproofing and grouting solutions for all kinds of underground, hydraulic, civil and
environment structures.

Our services include sheet waterproofing/ geomembranes (e.g. PVC, FPO/TPO and HDPE), liquid applied/sprayed
waterproofing, bonding sealing systems for new structures or restoration work. Full service in chemical and cementitious
grouting/injection is available inclusive of specialty drilling services.

We deliver under tight program controls by working efficiently with highly qualified and motivated team members.

JUNIOR/SENIOR ENGINEER
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This position will report to Operations Management, and will be assisting in acquire/managing our sub-contract services
for large infrastructure/construction projects in the North American market and all aspects of project performance,
including project management/coordination, delivery, safety, quality, financials and schedule.

This position is for our self-perform technical/operational department.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
He/She manages the site supervision team to ensure compliance with the services/design/QA/QC/schedule/logistics
and works closely with the contractor’s construction and engineering team.

Furthermore, the Engineer will manage the documentation and monitoring the construction process and progress, will
review daily and weekly reports as well as monthly and final summary reports produced by the waterproofing team
members, provide technical engineering information/reports and interpretation of plans, detail sheets and specifications
and participate in the acquisition process.

Managing and Supervising the waterproofing team …
Overall Project Management and Delivery, including safety, quality, financial and schedule
Responsibility for the assigned projects
Providing construction support solution to the contractor’s representatives in line with the design
Report construction activities and issues to Operations Management
Assist Operations Management in providing monthly and weekly reports including cost forecast, schedule and

cash flow.
Assist in securing new work by participating in proposals, tender closings and presentations
Maintain excellent relationships with owner, architect, consultants, subcontractors & public.
Negotiate and issue suppliers and purchase orders and monitor their progress and schedule.
Participation in the calculation and Work preparation
Implementation and monitoring of Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety Management and

environmental protection for the project

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
Working experience of min. 3 years in the construction/infrastructure business
Leadership qualities
Excellent English, representation, organization and communication skills
Knowledge of MS office software package
Eligibility to travel in North America (US and Canada), approx. 30%

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE ADVANTAGEOUS
Working experience in tunnel design and/or supervision
Background in Waterproofing and Tunneling (SEM, NATM)
Knowledge of drawing production in AutoCAD and/or Microstation
Experience in Tunnel Inspection and Repair measures
P.PE license or license in process

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Full-time. This position is based on a 40 hour week, generally Monday to Friday, with some occasional weekend work
needed. This position is a supervisory/managerial position and is not eligible for overtime. Annual vacation is 15 days.
