The Client Onboarding & Documentation ensures a robust control environment for Wholesale Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations, Digital Document Services, Client Tax Operations, and the Firm-wide Know Your Customer Quality Assurance teams.

As a Control Manager, Vice President, you will responsible for managing all aspects of the CORE system and for providing governance and reporting on operational risk, which often requires analysis and calibration across Teams and Lines of Business (LOB). This individual will be responsible for establishing scope and performing detailed business impact analysis, developing sustainable metrics/reporting in support of management decisions and governance of Operational Risk as part of the Risk Oversight & Governance team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the development and production of sustainable Governance analytics and reporting, optimized with available technology.
  • Executive leadership and problem- solving skills to help navigate analysis and governance challenges in a highly fluid operational risk environment.
  • Ensure consistency in communication with all global stakeholders, including consistent and timely delivery of governance analysis and reporting
  • Manage large and complex data.
  • Engage and develop effective partnerships with different lines of businesses such as Compliance teams, Operations, Issue Management, Exam Management, Central Controls, Corporate, and Internal Audit.
  • Prepare appropriate analysis for ad-hoc inquiries Understand and become familiar with the various data sources, platforms, and analytical tools, developing a strategy to automate ongoing reporting.
  • Support automation or other Risk Oversight and Governance-related projects as required.

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships, throughout the region and at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate strong data visualization facility and programming ability.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years of financial service experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance
  • Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts with the ability to design, create, and evaluate metrics associated to a Risk & Control Framework in conjunction with business partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Proficiency in approved tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PEGA, etc.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Strong presentation, communication, and investigative skills.
  • Solid judgment along with the ability to evaluate complex data issues. Experienced and comfortable working with databases, familiarity with database concepts and language.
  • Analytical and organized with a systematic thought process and ability to work with data driven approach.
  • Strong working knowledge of compliance, audit, risk and operational management concepts and the ability to understand and interpret the impact of policy and procedural changes, as well as identify and convey potential problem areas.
