Contracts Paralegal

Do you know the difference between a unilateral NDA and a Mutual NDA? If you can answer this question then we are looking for you to join our dynamic and fast-paced IT Sales team as a Corporate Paralegal, playing a critical role in supporting our legal operations. In this position, you will collaborate with the General Counsel and team members on various tasks, including contract review and negotiation, drafting legal documents, managing vendor contracts, and maintaining the legal playbook. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements in a corporate setting. Proficient in corporate software and technology (NetSuite, DocuSign, Legal Contract Management Software, legal databases, etc.). Ability to conduct legal research using Westlaw a huge plus. Experience in handling legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing advice. Familiarity with insurance requirements and Certificate of Insurance (COI). Ability to draft templates and review/redline legal documents. Strong work ethic, diligence, and flexibility to meet deadlines. Effective communication and people skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree and paralegal studies certificate highly preferred.
