Job description

*This is a temporary role – approximate duration: 12 weeks*

The Paralegal - Contracts Administrator will play a key role in driving the company's efforts to analyze, input, and streamline contract data within HubSpot. Collaborating across various teams, this role will analyze, reorganize, re-categorize, and consolidate the company's contracts, documenting key findings in HubSpot.


How you'll Contribute:

  • Read and analyze existing Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Orders, and other contracts
  • Input findings from contract analysis into HubSpot
  • Reorganize and re-categorize documentation in HubSpot
  • Communicate findings to Legal, Finance & Accounting, and Operations teams

Who you are:

  • Available for a 12 week contract role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience reading and reviewing complex commercial contracts and summarizing relevant provisions (such as indemnification provisions, service obligations, terms, etc.)
  • Familiarity HubSpot a plus
  • Ability to work independently, stay on task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
