Contracts And Insurance Administrator

Solar Art is looking for a Contracts and Insurance Administrator to join our quickly growing team based in Laguna Hills, CA. We're looking for someone who is detail oriented, self motivated and a net positive on our company culture.

The ideal candidate has contracts experience in the construction industry and/or the relevant work experience in contracts, experience with prevailing wage, certified payroll, and unions.

In this role, you will manage a high volume of contract documents and review them to identify billing terms, insurance requirements, worksite requirements and other compliance items. The goal is to protect the company from liability while providing great customer service to our partners through clear communication. In addition, you will fulfill COI requests and help with other administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
