Contracts and Corporate Governance Analyst
Purpose of role: The Contracts and Corporate Governance Analyst will receive, assess and complete bids in response to requests for proposal (RFPs) from school districts for Roger and other amplification products. Assist Phonak and Unitron commercial sales teams in responding to commercial customer RFPs; assist with state Medicaid and vocational rehab bids. (70%) The Contracts and Corporate Governance Analyst will also Manage Corporate Governance activities in support of all US and Canadian operating entities in Hearing Instruments, Audiological Care and Consumer Hearing business units, including but not limited to Secretary of State filings, resolutions/unanimous written consents of directors/members/managers of entity, and interfacing with CSC as registered agent for service of process. (30%)

Main Tasks and Responsibities:

• Manage Bids, RFPs, and Contracts for the Pediatric/School Channel
• Manage Vendor Registrations for the Pediatric/School Channel
  • Examine detailed bid forms to identify requirements and ensure that the organization is aligned to deliver the required documents
  • Manage multiple stakeholder groups (Sales, Operations, Legal, Tax, Finance, IT) and Subject Matter Experts to coordinate and follow-up on proposal responses in accordance with submission deadlines
  • Interface with customers to facilitate favorable resolution to any questions/queries from internal resources that arise during the submission process
• Coordinate Officer signatures and notaries in accordance with company policy, Officer availability and submission requirements
• Maintain detailed and organized electronic status log, files, archiving correspondence, submissions, final Contracts and amendments

Education and Skillset:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Paralegal certificate strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in legal field or contract review
• Experience responding to bids and requests for proposal
• At least 1 year of prior contract review experience
• Proficiency in Spanish a bonus
• Prior experience with Corporate Governance (e.g., serving as Secretary or Assistant Secretary of one or more legal entity(ies))
• Conscientious; self-motivated; dependable
• Able to influence various internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to respond promptly and completely to requests for detailed information; collaborative
• Proficient attention to detail and task ownership with the ability to multi-task
• Solid organizational and time management skills, including the ability to influence others to deliver to tight deadlines
• Advanced communication skills with the capability to work with customers and all levels of management
• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and takes ownership as well as providing sense of urgency with attention to detail
• Problem solver
• Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
