Position Summary
The Contract Setup Analyst has the primary responsibility of assisting with opening engagement numbers and running conflict searches. Supplementary responsibilities include cash applications and maintaining all electronic client contracts and ad hoc reporting. The Coordinator will be working daily with members of the finance and accounting teams as well as interacting with members of the consulting practice and other corporate departments. This is an entry-level position and reports to the Engagement Setup Manager.Qualifications
- Associate Degree (Accounting or Finance) or related work experience required
- 1-2 years office administrative experience
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Extremely well organized with ability to work independently and take complete ownership of your ongoing tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
- Able to meet multiple deadlines, multitask and able to constantly reprioritize responsibilities
- Self-starter
- Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in MS-Office (Excel & Word)
- Able to quickly learn new systems and technologies and be able to instruct and support others in using those tools
- Proactive and willing to ask questions to ensure you are able to perform your job effectively
- Able to work at a fast pace and under tight time constraints
Desired/Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Experience in professional services industry
- Knowledge of financial systems
- Knowledge of Conflict of Interest process
- Strong research skills

The estimated base salary range for this job is $50,000-70,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $55,000-$77,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
