SEEKING MIDWEST BASED CONTRACT CORPORATE FACILITATORS/TRAINERS WITH INSIGHTS CERTIFICATION
Hemsley Fraser is seeking Midwest based Corporate Facilitators/trainers, preferably in the Chicago metro area, with current Insights certification to join our contract faculty pool. As a part of the Hemsley Fraser faculty, you will be delivering Leadership and Development courses to corporate clients to create behavior change through our unique virtual and in-person courses.
Requirements
- 5 years of facilitation experience OR 1 year of facilitation experience and 5 years of corporate management experience
- Insights Certification with proof of valid and current certification
- Incredibly comfortable with public speaking and leading interactive sessions for small and large groups of people both virtually and in-person
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire, captivate and motivate audiences quickly through energy and engagement.
- Your delivery style is dynamic and enthusiastic, and you are passionate about creating behavior change.
- You can establish clear, defined, realistic, and measurable goals to be accomplished by the end of the training session. The objectives of the training session should satisfy the purpose of the assignment or program, and the reason for participation and/or attendance.
- Deliver/facilitate training using provided curriculum. You understand how to adapt training curriculum to meet participant needs.
- Must be willing to travel to locations within the Midwest to deliver courses in-person; ideally you are located within one hour of a metro area and/or airport.
- Must be able to also deliver courses virtually in US time zones and have proficiency on multiple virtual platforms:
- Mandatory: MS Teams, Zoom
Additional Preferred Credentials
- Corporate experience as a manager that led shift worker teams, teams on factory floors, teams in labs, and/or teams in production facilities.
- Assessment Certification, which could include MBTi, DISC, TKI
- Project Management certification or experience, which could include SCRUM, Agile, PMP, PMI
- Proficiency with multiple virtual platforms strongly preferred: Adobe, WebEx
