Job Description
Currently McDonald's is seeking an expert hands-on Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Global Talent Attraction team to support our accounting and finance departments! Our Finance organization is comprised of financial professionals who lead all aspects of all financial activity, including accounting, economic policy, business insights and analytics, and strategy and planning for McDonald's. Additionally, it incorporates departments such as treasury, audit, tax, among others. Supporting the finance organization gives you an inside look into the complexity of the McDonald's business and exposes you to high level management and strategic development of the different teams.

Job Description

Supporting the finance organization gives you an inside look into the complexity of the McDonald's business and exposes you to high level management and strategic development of the different teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers in the finance organization in developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs at levels from entry level to manager and above
- Implement necessary sourcing strategies to include a variety of methods of attracting top talent
- Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria
- Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process
- Maintain best practices throughout the client interview process by providing interview and assessment skills coaching and updates
- Build business relationships with key Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners
- Research and recommend competitive compensation packages in partnership with the hiring managers and HRBPs
- Possible oversight of a Jr. Recruiter and / or Candidate Experience Coordinator
- Possible engagement on recruiting projects; such as an ATS implementation or new technology
- Responsible for pulling reports and abiding to key metrics and SLAs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- End to end recruitment experience in either an agency or corporate environment
- Experience recruiting in the accounting and finance space
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and strong knowledge of technology (i.e. Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive as an independent contributor working as a consultant to hiring managers
- Ability to manage approximately 15 requisitions concurrently, with solid attention to detail and prioritization
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Experience within a global organization is desirable
