Midi Health is a telehealth startup providing compassionate, specialized care to women 40+. We specialize in treating perimenopause and menopause symptoms, including: medical weight management, hormone replacement therapy, sexual wellness, skin and hair care and survivorship.
We're in a time of high growth, and are seeking two experienced recruiter athletes to join the clinician recruitment team on a six-month contract basis.
Requirements
The following are required to be considered for this position:
- 5+ years of experience recruiting Nurse Practitioners (required)
- 2+ years of experience recruiting Nurse Practitioners in a high volume practice (required)
- Digital health or startup healthcare experience (required)
- Proven track record of achieving the following metrics in a prior role:
- Maximum of 45-day Application to Start Date metric
- 80% or higher Offer Acceptance rate
- 98% or higher 30-day new NP retention rate
- Unique ability to find and engage with passive candidates and build excitement for the role
- Passive candidate sourcing is a must - we do not rely on job seeker / applicants to fill positions
- Professional and positive outward presence - this person is acts as the face of Midi for Nurse Practitioners
- Proficiency with maintaining copious notes and accurate information in ATS
Deliverables:
- 1-3 new Nurse Practitioners to start on a weekly basis, starting week two of the contract
- Engagement and placement of qualified Nurse Practitioners (measured by 100% pass rate of the clinical assessment on weeks 1 or 2 of hire)
- Maximum of 45-day application to start date average
Details:
- Six (6) month contract
- 40 hours per week
- Availability to meet candidates with video on via Zoom
- $65 per hour
About this Role
This is no regular, run-of-the-mill recruitment gig.
The Contract Recruiter who will rock in this role will be tenacious. They will believe they can achieve what has never been achieved in this space - and they will achieve it. They will achieve it independently, with support but very little guidance. They will be a self-starter and a finisher. They will be incredibly detail-oriented, because they know the work they do impacts how leaders make decisions. They will enjoy being accountable to themselves, to the recruitment team, to the candidates, and to the stakeholders.
