Contracts Administrator

Create and maintain spreadsheets on all contracts in a proper drive.

Ensure that all contracts are current.

Advanced Excel skills, V-look up, pivot tables, etc., and strong analytical skills are required.

Responsible for obtaining all Contracts from Network sources.

Respond to the Network's notifications of date changes, item changes, and expirations.

Follow up with the Network on all pending, unresolved cost issues.

Communicate with the purchasing department about all new items.

Alert Purchasing to any corrections to vendors' item numbers and UPC numbers

Communicate to salesforce all cost changes affecting their customers.

In conjunction with Pricing Administration, ensure that all order lines are updated with changes to contract costs.

Run cost expiration report monthly.

Expire locked costs where indicated.

Maintain all cost and pricing contracts, both Network and non-network.

Run monthly rebate extraction report when directed.

Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

This position will report directly to the VP of Customer relations and work with the company's owner.
