This role will be part of our Corporate Functions recruiting team, aligned to Global Finance, with a focus on recruiting delivery in the U.S. Our Global Finance Team is undergoing investment and transformation aligned to ambitious business goals and there are a number of net-new positions to be filled to deliver on these objectives.
 
Responsibilities of the Recruiter: 

• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants
• Build pipeline of candidates for anticipated staff openings
• Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them
• Recruiting, assessment and selection of Finance talent
• Excellent collaboration with Finance hiring managers and business leaders

Qualifications of the Recruiter: 

• Senior level resource with considerable and extensive experience
• Strong Finance market knowledge and recruiting strategy development
• Proficiency in using an ATS/HRIS, ideally Workday
• Good reporting skills
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Adaptability
• Strong communication skills
• Sense of urgency and great teamwork
• Experience within a technology company would be preferred but is not essential

This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at Expedia. The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
