POSITION SUMMARY:
We expect to be very busy through the end of the summer, and we need a Contract Recruiter to help with the influx. Anticipate working at a fast pace, but you will also have the support of a robust Talent Acquisition team to help you during your exciting journey! In addition to team support, you’ll have all the tools and training necessary to be successful in this 3-6 month remote or hybrid Contract Recruiter role.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Understand position requirements
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Maintain job advertisement employment branding
- Build partnerships with community and technical trade schools
- Develop position profiles and job postings that are informative and eye-catching to potential candidates.
- Source candidates through job postings, referrals, and direct sourcing using proactive tactics (career fairs, social media, networking, and niche resources, etc.). Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of targeted passive candidates with specific industry and/or functional expertise.
- Manage all candidate communications and follow up to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding is required; large industrial manufacturing/distribution and/or multi-site organization preferred; experience recruiting Commercial HVAC and Industrial Service Technicians highly desirable
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills are a must
- Must have a strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Working knowledge of Crelate (Applicant Tracking System) and/or other databases
- HR Generalist knowledge/experience highly desirable
- Remote or Hybrid schedule

Salary Range: $35/hr to $45/hr
- The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
