This is a remote position.
Zoho is seeking a Contract Recruiter to assist with an increase in hiring. The Recruiter will support all phases of the recruitment process.
Skills
- Quickly master our software, systems, and practices
- Knowledge of employment laws/compliance
- Attention to detail
- Two years of experience recruiting for sales, marketing/PR and/or administrative roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers
- We offer some training, although we can't practically train you on everything. Self-initiative is a must
- Source, screen, and perform preliminary interviews with potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers in the USA and India
- Build and update job descriptions based on project and scope of work
- Maintain a clean and complete ATS
- Ensure compliance in all phases of recruiting process
- At home in a diverse, multicultural workplace
- Quick on their feet
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
- Flexible and patient, with an "all hands on deck" attitude
- Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback for the benefit of the team

Responsibilities
Contract details
Roughly 40 hours per week.
Initially the contract is for 90 days, with the option to extend.
Hourly pay is $35.
