Summary:
The Contract Manager is responsible for generation, routing, tracking and execution of new Provider Agreements, including employment and recruiting agreements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generates the Provider Agreements based on specific terms as outlined by a recruiter or operations leader
- Daily functions include, but not limited to, preparing agreements and supporting documentation, revising agreements, reviewing agreements for accuracy, loading agreements into the electronic contract system, as well as tracking agreements through the approval process, and working closely with the recruiter to insure a quality contracting service to the facilities.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with facility CEOs, CFOs, Practice Managers, Corporate Regional Practice Vice Presidents and Regional Directors.
- Track all agreements from generation to execution using established electronic database.
- Maintain electronic filing system for agreements and input data into physician tracking system.
- Notifies operations team member of provider details for signed contract
- Works closely with the legal team to ensure accurate verbiage is used in Provider Agreements.
- Responsible for all contract template revisions and/or corrections and for maintaining the master copy of all legally approved contract templates.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and database software.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Must be self-motivated and able to communicate well with others in person, via written communication, and telephonically.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of previous contract related experience
