Healthcare billing knowledge (understands rates and payments)
Advanced Excel skills (ability to create formulas for different tasks, run queries)

Job Description:
The contract database is being updated and over 1,000 contracts need to be entered into the system. There are 110-120 data elements and the data will be imperfect. An individual is needed to complete quality checks on one system to merge into SYMPLR, then the individual will need to move data from Excel to the database. The candidate needs to have a high level of critical thinking and have experience using Excel. The data is imperfect and questions will need to be asked to validate information prior to entry into the system.

* Maintain / oversee hospital and physician delegated email addresses
* Contract Entry and & Rate Documentation (on hold right now)
* Manage Provider Data Folder
* Prepare contracts for loading and Excel file for Master Grid
* Rollup Monthly Contracting Reports
* Maintain Clinic Quality Grid (add updates and report quality earned dollars to the Monthly Report)
* Maintain Master Contract Tracking Grid, including Contract Language tracking for hospital, ASC & clinic
* Divestiture Projects - Pull relevant contracts, draft and prepare assignment notices & track payor responses
* Maintain Contract Face Sheets, Facility Lists and other Department Directories / Projects
* Oversee Chargemaster Tracking
* Oversee Outstanding Contract Grid
* Report Distribution
