Duties entail:

• OVERSEE COPY WRITERS: Ensure copy writers craft compelling, informative, top-notch copy for our flyers/ads, website, blogs, videos, direct mail, social media posts, in-store advertising, broadcast media, press releases, and internal trainings

• OVERSEE VIDEO & PHOTO TEAM: Direct calendar, oversee production, organize talent and locations, work with brands and sponsors or ambassadors

• RADIO, OVERHEADS, IN-STORE TV & ON HOLD MESSAGES: Direct calendar, oversee production, curate voice talent pool, ensure correct message time frames for publishing

• SOCIAL MEDIA PLANNING: Direct calendar, oversee production, ensure correct message time frames for publishing, work with brands and sponsors or ambassadors

• PROCESS: Develop processes that help us grow our brands

• VOICE/STYLE GUIDE KEEPER AND DEFENDER: Maintain and adhere to a clear and consistent brand voice and style guide as well as following all copyright, registered trademark rules, and our hashtag strategy

• CURRENTLY, CURRENT: Know what is new in advertising trends and techniques. Have an eye for relevant pop culture. Love random, cool stuff in the marketing world.

• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• AA, Bachelors (or working on Bachelor's) degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of web and social media writing including SEO, the use of hashtags, HTML, emojis, and acronyms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure with tight timelines
• Ability to interact and work with a team with a strong attention to detail and high sense of urgency
• Ability to take on new tasks as needed and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
• Be able to see other people’s points of view and take on critical feedback
• Working knowledge of how to produce a photo/video shoot including location scouting and model casting
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Teams, and OneDrive
