DESCRIPTION
Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Content Management Services Team Lead to work in our Information Technology department. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Research and Education Campus in Idaho Falls, Idaho with every other Friday off. Remote or Hybrid work opportunities may be available for this position.
You will report to the Manager of Application Delivery Services and be the professional lead for the Content Management Services (CMS) team. The CMS team consists of SharePoint developers and WordPress developers that maintain our intranet and extranet environments.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform Professional Lead duties to ensure work is planned and tracked according to the organizations work tracking process.
Perform personnel management work for IT staff for collaboration staff within Application Delivery Services.
Maintain complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, and practices required for developing complex scientific and engineering software systems.
Work with the CMS team, other leads, management, Enterprise Architecture, and other stakeholders to develop, define and manage service requests, service budgets and work plans.
Provide support to management in performing personnel management activities such as time billing validation, monthly and annual reviews and work coordination for the CMS team within the Application Delivery Services Department department.
Consult with vendors, requestors, and users of information applications incorporating client-server, distributed applications, non-distributed applications, real-time systems, and associated technologies that may be integrated to provide solutions at the project, program, and enterprise-wide level.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (computer science, or a related field of study) and 8 years of related experience in Information Technology with Project Management experience; or an Advanced degree & 6 years of related experience.
Organize and lead tasks.
Communicate with both business and technical audiences is essential. Will complete projects from concept to operational implementation.
Knowledge and working experience with SharePoint
You will be subject to the requirements of DOE O 142.3B, Unclassified Foreign National Access Program.
Preferred: Knowledge, Skills Experience:
Microsoft T-SQL Certification, Oracle PL/SQL Certification, Comp TIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Server Certification, ServiceNow Certification, Azure certification, are desirable.
Experience mentoring others and leading technical tasks.
Experience using Jira or similar tool.
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and NET WebAPI interfaces.
Experience with Agile, Kanban development methodologies.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
Experience with Wordpress
