Summary
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Content Design Coordinator to join our growing marketing department. If you're an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in the marketing field and who passionately believes in the life-changing power of education, then we want to work with you. This role will facilitate CIAT's creative content marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing graphic and multimedia content for web, print and social media including: brochures, advertising banners, landing pages, infographics, website graphics, email templates, social posts, event flyers, presentation templates, student manuals, data sheets, and more.
  • Design & optimize digital ads and landing pages across all channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and dedicated lead generation partners.
  • Design, deploy and test new website and blog pages to help maximize UX / UI efforts.
  • Design prototypes for new web and mobile app features.
  • Assist with editing student interviews and creating video-based digital ads.
  • Create and manage a creative content calendar that addresses the unique needs of CIAT target persona audience groups and promotes each degree/program.
  • Collaborate with third party content contributions from technical writers and industry partners to develop content.
  • Develop unique and creative content resources for the Admissions, Student Services, and Career Services teams to support our student communication strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with social media, email marketing and lead generation teams to develop and recommend creative content resources to reach campaign objectives.
  • Facilitate SEO updates including reporting, meta data review, and content collaboration.
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting digital marketing campaign efforts linked to creative content creation to optimize the impact of our content marketing efforts on lead generation, lead nurturing, enrollment, and student retention goals.
  • Review and proof all marketing communication messaging to ensure all Federal, State, accreditation, and institutional policies and procedures are being met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or Digital Marketing related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with multimedia design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop etc.).
  • Experience designing graphics for web using vector tools.
  • Strong writing skills using best practices in marketing and persuasive writing.
  • Familiarity with WordPress preferred.
  • Experience with prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma or Adobe UX preferred.
  • Video production, video editing and multimedia design experience preferred.
  • Previous experience deploying lead generation or content marketing campaigns with a conversion-focused approach. Previous agency experience working on multiple client accounts, or high-volume lead activity is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with CRM systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience using Google Analytics preferred.
  • A computer savvy and technical mindset willing to learn new systems. Proficient skills in MS Office software products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess a sincere interest in helping others achieve life goals.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required.

• Ability to type, use a computer to search for information, and input information while speaking on the phone is required.

• Requires prolonged sitting and or standing at a workstation for 6.5 to 7 hours per day.
• Requires dependability and excellent attendance records.
• Requires travel to conduct CIAT business, as needed.
• The employee will be required to compute simple to simple mathematical calculations as a normal part of this role.
