Job Duties: Craft, write, edit, test, and improve the content that makes our product easier to use. This includes product flows, UI language, in-product education, product naming and terminology, and navigation design. Conduct audits, identify patterns, and lead brainstorming sessions to design the best content experiences. Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, marketing, and business stakeholders to establish conversational, cohesive language with a unified voice. Become an expert in the product and user group. Tune in to research to learn about what the audience needs. Bring human voices into problem statements and product UI and inform marketing materials. Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to educate cross-functional partners and junior Content Designers on the role of UX writing and content strategy. Telecommuting is permitted.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Communications, Literary Studies or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, or in any occupation in a related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) UX writing; (2) Social Media Marketing; (3) Content Design; (4) Magazine Editing; (5) Online Magazines; (6) Field Placement; (7) Content Strategy; and (8) Book Marketing & Sales. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is permitted.
Salary: $214,033.63 - $240,000.00 per annum.
