Description:
We are in need of a Sales Specialist to lead the remodeling side of our construction business. The qualified candidate must know the construction industry and be able to estimate accurately, present professionally, and close the sale, without much supervision.
Responsibilities:
Work with all team members to help our client’s get the home they want
Serve as point of contact for all potential clients
Collaborate with our design and construction teams to guarantee client’s needs are met
Provide timely solutions to any problems or concerns
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients
Pay great attention to details
Be goal and results driven
Work with minimal supervision
Show excellent public speaking and presentation skills
Display excellent time management
Drive sales through referrals
Generate new business opportunities
Master how to get construction leads and implement a lead generation strategy
Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
Complete documents on time, such as: bids, proposals, change orders, etc.
Be knowledgeable with architectural specification and construction design elements
Attend trade shows and engage in other marketing activities
Inspect, scope, and estimate projects
Maintain acceptable profit margins
Follow up on all outstanding estimates with potential clients
Maintain sales quota for each month, quarter, year as provided
Experience / Knowledge:
Microsoft Word and/or Google Docs knowledge a must
Quickbooks Online experience helps (to enter estimates)
5 years experience in Construction Sales or similar equivalent
Must have knowledge and understanding of the construction process, especially remodels
Qualifications:
Demonstrate experience in sales, construction, and communication
Understanding of customer service and relationship building
Passionate about architecture, design, and home renovation possibilities
