Required Capabilities:

  • Ability to utilize experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) to effectively publish and update content, ensuring seamless delivery across platforms.
  • Showcase a data-driven approach, implementing SEO optimization techniques and employing tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and others to research and analyze content performance.
  • Display robust organizational skills, effectively managing multiple initiatives concurrently and meeting deadlines.
  • Capable of working autonomously with self-motivation, effectively communicating with remote teams to ensure collaborative success.
  • Possess a keen storytelling ability and an eye for detail, ensuring the delivery of engaging and polished content that aligns with strategic goals.
  • Proficient in project management, utilizing tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, and others to efficiently plan, execute, and oversee tasks and initiatives.

Preferred Capabilities:

  • Exhibit a quick learning curve for adapting to new platforms and software, staying abreast of evolving technologies in the content creation landscape such as AI, SGE, and more.
  • Maintain an open mindset towards continuous learning, actively seeking and testing new strategies to stay ahead in the dynamic field of Content Marketing.
