Construction Worker

We are looking to add a few individuals to our team. This is for W2 employees for full time employment so please no subs, or day rates. Our company focuses on bathroom and kitchen remodels but are currently expanding into full scale remodeling for both Residential and commercial. Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable understanding of jobsite safety
• Show up on time and ready to work
• able to execute tasking as directed for quality control in a timely manner
• Professional demeanor and clean attire
• Minimum construction experience of 2 years and up (depending on position to be filled)

We are currently looking for the following individuals with experience in:

• Tape and float, Sheet rock installation, mud work - Most work will be finishing work from bathroom and kitchen remodels with ongoing patch work at various jobsites.
• Tile installers (You will be taught thin bed mortar installations, proper waterproofing, expansion joints, as well as Large format, miters, scribing, and more)
• General carpentry to include - Baseboards, crown moulding, door trim, door installation, accent trims, sills, and minor framing (Will teach all aspects to the right individual)
• General helpers - Anything from cleaning, protecting floors with ramboard, installing handles on doors, misc tasking around trades to assist in a clean and safe work enviroment
• Painters - Most work is indoors but must not be afraid of heights occasionally, as well as knowledge of different spray tips to use correctly (i.e. fflp210 vs fflp310, or general purpose tips and how to use them properly). Will train the right individual(s)

· Project Manager - can discuss the various aspects, but will need to work alongside myself to maintain daily operations through the expansion. Will need their own vehicle (paid per diem).

Structural engineer - NOT A W2 position but looking for a new one as the current one takes way too long for responses and is creating a backlog in projects. Please reach out to me if you can assist.

All above positions (excluding Engineer) will be 35-40 hour work weeks (Monday-Friday) with possibility of overtime periodically (depending on projected deadlines). If you can't commit to a schedule, please do not apply. Health insurance is not currently provided at this time but will accrue paid time off after the 90 day probation period of 2 weeks per year. Starting pay is anywhere from $18/hr - $32/hour depending on position.
