SalaryJoin our team as a dynamic and experienced Director of Commercial Painting to lead and oversee all Commercial Painting projects. As a key leader within our franchise network, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Commercial Painting operations, ensuring exceptional quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of Commercial Painting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and expansion goals within the Commercial Painting sector.
- Commercial Bidding Expertise: Develop comprehensive bids for commercial projects, including estimated costs, materials, and projected timelines. Utilize knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and market trends to formulate competitive bids.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adhering to timeline, quality and brand standards. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Franchise Management: Provide leadership and guidance to franchisees, ensuring adherence to brand standards, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations of franchise locations, including project management, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Training and Development: Implement training programs to ensure franchisees and their teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality painting services.
- Client Management: Management: Foster strong relationships with commercial clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with painting projects.
- Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and branding strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency enhancement within the Commercial Painting division.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in franchise management within the Commercial Painting industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Commercial Painting techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000
Job Type: Full-time
