Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience within the last 3 years as a Sleep Medicine Physician
- Graduate of an accredited medical education program in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Family Medicine, or Neurology and Psychiatry
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine by ABSM or AOA
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS
- Current medical license in any state
