Construction Worker

Responsibilities include:

1. Framing work for interior remodels - adding or removing interior walls, framing in new doorways, closets, etc.

2. Install doors, trim, shelving and other finish carpentry

3. Replace outlets/switches and electrical fixtures (lights, fans, smoke detectors, etc)

4. Ability to work with a variety of plumbing systems. Replace shower valves, washer boxes, angle stops, etc. Experience connecting copper, pex and PVC piping.

5. Purchasing needed materials and loading/unloading at the job site

6. Patch sheetrock, tape/float/texture to match existing finishes

7. Fill gaps between subcontractors and trades to keep the job progressing forward

Job Requirements:

1. Driver’s license with no DUIs in the last 5 years

2. At least 3-5 years of professional experience in construction or maintenance

3. Live in the Greater Austin metropolitan area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
