SalaryOverview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety guidelines. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with other general construction tasks
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience: Starting Pay is Determined By Amount of Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is beneficial
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
