Position Requirements:

• Any state medical license
• Board Certification - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• 2 Years' Experience
• DEA and Controlled Substance License
• Current BLS & ACLS life support certifications
• May be utilized at NBHC Kings Bay Clinic or NBHC Mayport Clinic
