WICR Waterproofing & Construction is looking to add a Scheduling/Office Assistant to our San Marcos Team. The Scheduling/Office Assistant must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, driven, proactive and a self-starter who has strong communication skills. This position would also assist with office duties, such as front desk items.
- Support General Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple projects.
- Working closely with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors in regard to project coordination.
- Working with the field team to ensure services are delivered according to schedule and contract specifications.
- Daily check ins with the field crews.
- Working as front desk for walk-ins and any other office items
- Assisting with scheduling the driver/yard assistant.
- Other administrative items as assigned.

- Bilingual - Spanish and English (preferred but not required)
Software Knowledge and Skills
- Strong level Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams and general computer skills
Education and/or Experience:
2 years minimum experience in Construction scheduling a PLUS

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
