Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team.The Scheduling Assistant is responsible for assisting the Field Service Manager in coordination of all services and installations, including projects, warranty and non-warranty service, RMA’s, and other client needs that require operations personnel.
Duties:
· Managing the installation calendar for CDCE’s clients and engineers.
· Managing and dispatching break/fix tickets and installations.
· Resolving customer problems with scheduling, break/fix tickets, and installations.
· Providing support for customers and field support engineers with scheduling and general project management.
· Assigning, managing and closure of work orders for onsite technicians.
· Receiving inbound trouble tickets, installation requests, email and telephone communication from customers and having ongoing communication with them about pending/ongoing installations/projects/trouble tickets.
· Updating staff with inventory records, pull lists and required documentation for installation scheduling.
· Monitoring engineers to achieve timely arrivals on appointments and complete work within allotted time provided to customers.
· Allocating man hours, accounting information and proper inventory manifests to ensure proper billing takes place.
· Collaborate with inside and outside sales team to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner, as well as resolve any client issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
