Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cycle counts and reconciliations of inventory.
- Coordinate with various departments to track inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in implementing Inventory Control procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory management protocols.
- Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse space.
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to coordinate/support inventory replenishment, ordering, and receipt processes.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.
Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Previous experience in Inventory Control or related field, 1-3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP/MRP) and Microsoft 365 Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Must be willing to work rotating shift hours (1st-2nd shift)
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and always follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing or sitting at a desk for long periods of time, walking throughout the facility, and the ability to handle up to 50lbs as required.
Work Environment:
- Exposed to elements, such as cold, heat, noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.
- Work time is spent on the manufacturing floor and in an office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
