Position Type:

Full Time

Description of Duties:

• Attend all scheduled in person sales appointments with existing and prospective customers as set up by the Nelson Exteriors office or by yourself.

• Meet monthly revenue goals.

• Look for ways to differentiate yourself and our company by offering other services/products.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience

• Minimal construction knowledge

• Familiarity with software

• Valid driver’s license

• Natural leader that will take ownership of their time and tasks

• Likes working as a team to accomplish shared goals

• Goal oriented and extremely hardworking

• Strong communication skills and problem solver with a focus on solutions

• Attention to detail with a keen eye for design

• Must like working outdoors, this is not a desk job

• Open to learning new things and be coachable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commission Based - Uncapped with Bonus’
