- Reports to Training & Development Manager to directly partner on Commercial Operations onboarding and continuing education activities
- Oversight of operations related to onboarding educational tools, training systems and departmental communications
- Maintain department-specific trackers, calendar and templates
- Respond to ad hoc information requests
- Aid with ongoing team projects as needed with potential for interactions with departmental senior leadership
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- High School Diploma Required
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a business and administrative support role (open to new college graduates)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
