Job Description
Chattahoochee Construction Group LLC, a fast pace mid-size Roswell Georgia construction company is searching for an individual to join our professional team who possess strong QuickBooks skills, with the ability and skill set to organize, coordinate and manage office operations.
Experience in a Construction Office is preferred.
Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of Quickbooks is required. Experience with the Premier Contractor Version is preferred.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and SharePoint
* Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or Foxit Phantom is preferred
* Must have strong organization and follow up skills
* Must have strong knowledge of English language including spelling, composition, grammar, and proper business phone and speaking skills
* Acute attention to detail is critical.
* Willingness to learn new systems.
Responsibilities:
* Enter invoices and other data into Quickbooks.
* Maintain and coordinate the flow of internal and external communications.
* Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
* Process, distribute, follow up, track, and file contract documents, change orders, subcontractor agreements.
* Request, acquire and file subcontractor W-9s, COIs, etc.
* Maintain project subcontractor log.
* Assist in other duties.
